Returns & ExchangesWe are proud of our products and are ready to assist you and answer your questions. If you for any reason are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below for returning or exchanging eligible items.
Items must be sent back in new condition and in original packaging to qualify for a refund. Please do not modify the product in any way.
Some of our products are bench-made in small production batches and require careful assembly. These items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Eligible items may be returned with a valid RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise noted. Additional guidelines may apply*. To obtain a RMA# please email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Date your package was received
- Reason for the return (Exchange, damage, incorrect purchase…etc.)
- If the product was assembled: Products must be inspected and if damaged, reported to us within 14 days of receipt to ensure efficient processing of your parts request
Once you receive your RMA# with instructions and address of where to send your return, include all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories. Also include a copy of your packing slip and RMA# with your return shipment. Return shipments received without an RMA will not qualify for a credit.
Items must be sent back in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging, otherwise a 25% restocking fee will be incurred. Items and packaging must not have been used or modified in any way. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from delivery location for any returned products. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you observe damage to the box or product at the time of delivery, please make a quick note on the delivery ticket and contact us right away. The note can be as simple as "Product Damaged". Please also take a few photos and send them to email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will assess the damage and work with you to determine a solution that best meets your needs.
Exchanges are allowed up to 14 days of receipt. To exchange a product for a product of less or equivalent value, please follow the NurseryWorks.net Return Policy above, then place a new order for the correct item. Please be sure to notify our Customer Service team that you would like to process an exchange. Your new order will ship out within 2 business days. When the returned products are received and have passed inspection, you will receive a full refund from the original order (less the cost of shipping) after the new order has been confirmed. An email confirmation will be sent when the refund has been issued.
